Some prefer a snowy Christmas and some would rather a warm one. A snowy Christmas would mean snow gently falling from the sky and a cozy fireplace, sipping hot cocoa or tea. A warm Christmas is more likely to involve a barbecue full of seafood and quality steak rather than a European roast dinner. What do you think LiveTribers? Warm
Although I have never had Christmas in the snow I have seen it and NO do not love it at all. It looks very pretty in pictures but reality is a different Kettle of fish. I have always had the Aussie Christmas with a roast dinner plus prawns, pavlova, plum pudding etc. With the kids it was cricket in the backyard or down the beach. I don't even own a heater and sitting in front of a fire would put me to sleep. However, whichever way you celebrate Christmas this year I hope it is happy, safe and any way you want it to be. Many who have experienced a Northern Hemisphere White Christmas swear by the initial beauty but ultimately hate the bone chilling cold. I prefer an Aussie warm Christmas and thankfully celebrate Christs Birth in the warmth of the Southern Sun!
