Is Violence Provoked Or Is It A Case Of Once A Violent Abuser, Always A Violent Abuser?

There is an alarmingly high rate of violence against women and children in Australia.   Whilst men are also affected by domestic violence, its victims are overwhelmingly women and their children, and its perpetrators are profusely men.  As we saw in a viral video posted on Saturday night, women (or in this case, teenage girls) are not only affected by violence in their private lives, but also in public.  What do you think LiveTribers? How can we educate Australians to better react in highly volatile, violent situations?

Wouldn't it be better to educate boys and men that violence isn't the answer and that they HAVE to take responsibility for their actions? Stop blaming women and children for pressing buttons and accept that they are the ones that are using their fists to harm those that they should be protecting from harm.

Let's get back to commonsense basics. Honesty, responsibility for actions and basic respect for all. Dare I suggest Christlike basic Christian principles like trying to keep the 10 Commandments......!!!!!!
