Hi guys I really don't understand why redemption's take so long. I do enjoy participating on your site and your surveys but really,........ Your current policy on redemption's is really old hat in to days world. I do hope you can speed up this process. In reality your company release surveys which members are expected to participate urgently. I don't wish to critical but you might find that genuine members may decide not participate in your future surveys. I do hope you guys take my comments as constructive. Cheers. .
