Why do vouchers take so long to process?

LiveTribe is a small company, and vouchers are all manually redeemed. This means members may have to wait longer sometimes to receive their vouchers. The payoff is that LiveTribe is Australian owned and operated, allowing us to understand our members on every level.

    Hello. I redemed a $50 Eftpos gift card at the end of February 2024, it has now gone past the 8 week delivery time, and I have still not received the card in the mail. Would you be able to tell me please if the card has been processed, and delivered or what is happening with the card redemption. Thank you. Robert.

    Hi guys I really don't understand why redemption's take so long. I do enjoy participating on your site and your surveys but really,........ Your current policy on redemption's is really old hat in to days world. I do hope you can speed up this process. In reality your company release surveys which members are expected to participate urgently. I don't wish to critical but you might find that genuine members may decide not participate in your future surveys. I do hope you guys take my comments as constructive. Cheers. .
