Still waiting for my redeemed gift cards to arrive, one redeemed on 19/10/2022 and another 30/10/2022. Have sent query to support on 07/01/2023 but no reply. Why is it taking so long for my gift cards to arrive? It has definitely been longer than 8 weeks.
