    I have not been given the 1100 points for the energy survey, froze on the last page which may also affect my 1800 bonus points for doing 3 surveys today as a bonus reward.

    Exactly the same that happened to Michael has happened to me. Also energy survey doesn't work properly, asking me to make a choice even so I have done it, juat freezes on me at this step

    Hi, just did the Home renovation survey again and again was did not collect any points after being issued the banner and told to click on it. This is not a joke anymore. If things don't get sorted out I will quitting my subscription.

    I have just spent at least 10 minutes doing a survey that was supposed to earn 4000 points for 15 minutes only to be told when I thought I had completed the survey that I had earned 160 points because I did not qualify. What a disgrace!

    I have just completed the banking survey which supposedly gives 1500 points. I absolutely hate banking surveys but I persisted! When I got to the end I did not receive the "claim reward" link. All I got was no surveys message! Please tell me if I will receive my rewards or not!

    i also have just finished the banking survey, spending the appropriate time but the points for the survey were not rewarded when i pressed submit will i get the 1500 points as i feel i deserve them , and if not can you tell me why

    I just completed two surveys, worth 700 and 500 points respectively, but despite following all the prompts, the points have not been credited to my account surely the system can do better than this?This takes valuable time, so perhaps my time would be better spent on another survey site. The trouble us, I want to ensure that I can redeem the points that I have accrued.

    Did a energy provider survey ,spent 20 minutes doing it, at the end when I had finished the survey, something went wrong , I didn't get the thank you notice that you push to receive points and it show on my points history
