It has taken me so many surveys just to get a $50 eftpos card, i get paid $28 an hour for my job and i have spent many hours trying to reach 44000 points, you need to lower the rewards or give more points for surveys, it just takes way to long

Thanks for your feedback and comments so far. I guess the main message I'm getting is: More surveys and bigger rewards - more to do. Over the coming months we will work very hard to ensure the Livetribe experience is both rewarding and enjoyable and with plenty more opportunities to particpate. Additional volume to surveys will be coming in the very near future. Starting tomorrow we will also have a new competion every month. And coming very soon we will introduce loyalty reward bonuses - where you get rewarded for the number of surverys you complete. This and hopefully much more. Keep the feedback coming - I value your comments and am paying attention to them.Cheers,Charlie

You are absolutely right, just, for example, they write - process 2 or 3 surveys in one day and get 500 bonus points. I receive maybe 2-3 surveys per week, never had 3 new surveys per day... But often there are some surveys hanging "forever", impossible to process.

Am just wondering, when I bring up the page to log in, sometimes it says USA and I have to change it to Australia. Why doesn't it stay on Australia all the time?I've just remembered another thing to ask to. Today I got an invite for a survey in my emails and when I clicked on it to do it, it told me that I had already done it. I am sure I haven't got dementia YET?? Or have I?

I've been a member of this site for almost a year now and I qualify for an average 4-6 surveys per month. In that time I've earned enough points for a $30 Amazon voucher which I ordered last week. I recived an email saying I'll receive via email within 30 days. For those who havn't received vouchers yet I'll let you know when I receive mine.

    3CO-1ME

I have been a member for quite a while, gave up on collecting points and trying my luck on the pick the numbers, realised early on that it was unlikely that I would win anything. I generally give my rewards to save the forest (25 square metres) or the brain foundation. Is there anywhere to find out how much forest has been saved?? I agree with other comments the rewards system needs an overhall and some of the suggestion I've seen are good ones.I used to also go in for the lottery tickets, but have never won anything there either, has anyone won anything on the lottery tickets?? Would be good to announce lottery winners so you would know that people do win.I like the site, and I will still hang around, it just needs to improve.

I like how the page looks now since Live Tribe took over from Qualified Opinions. I had been with Qualified Opinions for a long time. I am finding though that I don't collect my points as reward points now, because quite simply I don't use any of the retailers so they are of no use to me now. I personally would like to see wish cards for either $10/$20/$50 that you could collect for. I sometimes click on the $50,00 prize or try my hand at the numbers to pick and win (hopeless, has never won). What's the secret there? I would like to see more competitons. The Limmerick competition was good but out of the winners I thought there was really only one that stood out that was great and truely deserved to win. There were quite a lot of funny ones that didn't win. In answering to 3CO-1ME.......years ago when it was Qualified Opinions we did win a division but in those days, if you won in that division your payout would have been $1, so we got another free lotto numbers again. Unfortunately, we didn't win then lol. I do get some surveys and the ones I do get, I do enjoy doing.

I do like the site layout but I have suggestion regarding it: can a low-bandwidth version be created? There seems to be a lot of unnecessary built-ins in the design, as performing a simple task like switching pages take a lot more time in comparison to other, flashier sites. Can something be done to improve site usability?

I have been a member for about a year and have a few surveys which is good. My concerns are:1. Some surveys are 45 mins for 1300 maximum pts - whis is only $1!! Not good value most other sites offer at least $1 for every 10 mins of work, and most offer much more.2. Rewards - I too dont like the rewards offered, I woukld prefer coles, paypal, mtyer etc3. Sorry about spelling mistakes you cant edit thisZ?I get no emails from you, i only get a survey if i log in and check everyday? and yes you dont go to spam. The surveys are good and intyeresting, just not paid enough. I think the rewards system probably needs a review. Considering the surveys tend to be quite long from what i've done anyway comparatively to another survey website i know of there surveys are much shorter and rewards in $ vouchers better. This sites design and most of the set up is better and more interactive though there is more that can be done to make the surveys and rewards more worth while. I beleive the longer the surveys are the less accurate answers become towards the end of the surveys as it drags on and you just want to hurry it up to the end. Something to think about anyway.

Great site. I have only been a member for a few months and are receiving surveys even though I have pop-up restrictions. My computer is set so as I can choose to allow them through. I have been steadily earning but could always do with more surveys though. Maybe some competition page or small rewards for the quick polls every day could help (like rewards central or the poll on irewards site). I find it hard to navigate to paid forums on your site and it you have any set for specific times you may wish to have a section under rewards catagory that they could be posted prior to start so people can get involved. These are suggestions only as I have read some of the comments. Maybe better ability to see the means of earning rewards on the home page may help. These are only suggestions as I have read some of the comments. Love your site and I have no problems with it. Kepp up the good work. Thanks for the feedback oportunity.

Hi Guys!I really love the design and layout of the site now, but as others have stated the point/reward system is rather dated and boring. I would love to see a cash/Paypal payout on points after reaching a certain value amount. Also instead of say earn 1300 points for this survey - earn $1 for this survey, it always seems more motivational when you can see real dollars adding up! Other than the points/rewards system - its perfect!

Hi,I'll echo the comments above: not enough surveys, to little reward and a clunky website. I don't visit the site very often because it's slow to load, clumsy to load and I should be getting the survey invites by mail. I've not had any emails for some time so I visited this morning and found three surveys. I completed 2 of the three for a total of 1550 points. That works out at $1.36 by my reckonning for 40 odd minutes and it gets worse because I've only got junk to spend it on. I really wonder why I bothered. The site: navigation is clumsy. I can't use the back button because it resets the whole site back to the start page instead of taking me to where I came from like every other website. The box I'm typing in now has no cursor so I cannot tell where I am without typing something and I can't go back and edit if I need to (I have to delete everything back to my mistake and retype it). Fix those two faults and I think I'd forgive the long load times. On the whole, the site looks like a newbie flash programmer was turned loose without any real supervision.

Another thought: why do surveys never pay what they say they will. A case in point, the two surveys I just did were listed for a total of 2500 points ($2.27) but only paid out 1550 points ($1.36).I seem to have a cursor and the ability to move back through posts all of a sudden. WTF?

As a previous prizewinner, I'd say the competitions are unique, well-judged & universally appealling. I've been a member here for many years, even before Live Tribe started, back in the days of qualified opinions. That make-over was fantastic from the point of view of eye-candy at least. It does take a long time to load the home page. I'd like to see more competitions, more often, even if the prizes are smaller. The Limerick competitions, & poetry in general, I feel, were well-received & encourage us to share our feelings, experiences & improve our English Literary skills. Perhaps you could also make competitions with ballads, soliliquy's(?), haiku's & other forms of expressive verse. Well done on a unique & pleasing design for this website.

I've been with LiveTribe since its inception & find that the rewards need an overhaul. Some survey sites offer cash rewards either in a chq or thru PayPal or offer shopping vouchers/gift cards & I think that is the way to go. Also points for logging in each day is something to be looked at as loyalty is rewarded & it helps to build up points if you are getting screened out on the surveys. The site is slow to load but overall its kind of engaging & its got me.

Love the site, really friendly, much more so than other sites. Please whatever you do do not issue competitions in place of points . That is such a poor reward, no body ever seems to win those. As everyone has said it seems to take forever to amass points. The other day I was invited to a survey I answered one question and told immediately I was screened out. It was the easiest 160 points but the question did not seem connected to anything, rather a chance at a survey.Love the rewards for suggestions that is generous. Big Thank You there.Terrific site it would appear with most people except for the points. That is a tremendous reaction, not many sites could boast thatCheers

Like the site but as a lot of people have commented the reward system needs review. On the plus side I like the fact that you get some points even if you are screened out. But I agree that it takes too long to accumulate points. I also think that the vouchers are much too limited. Would much rather be paid in cash or have a wider range of vouchers such as Wish Card or Coles Myer cards which are much more flexible and useful. The site is also too slow to load.

Well put cuddles1 - I agree with all you said. The online reward vouchers do not appeal to me at all - cash or wish/gift cards are the way to go.

At least I am not the only one who is not getting any surveys. The problem I find is that the loggin page takes forever to load.

I like the site. I've been lucky to get a few surveys after a fairly short time of membership. For me it's a bit of a game to accumulate some points for a tangible reward. I have found other sites offer cash and gift cards (i have attained rewards on 3 other sites). I don't mindthe long time it takes to eventually earn a reward but it would be great if the rewards offered by Live Tribe could be something I could just go shopping with. The competitions are for cash so why not a Cash alternative for reward points? I am enjoying the game and will be back soon , an increased insentive would only make this site better.

Another thought. I'd prefer to claim rewards as cash via Paypal. If you don't use the retailers that the vouchers are linked to then the rewards become worthless.

I agree with you Littletootrm - the online rewards choice has alot to be desired - I too would prefer cash rewards through PayPal.

Love the site. I've had a few surveys, but am often screened out. I think the rewards system needs review. I have done more surveys on this site than on another Panel I'm a member of yet I have already been able to claim rewards on the other site. I think the points rewarded are too low and the rewards cost too many points. Having said that I still find the membership enjoyable.

Appreciate this site very much. The surveys are not to long and also very interesting. It is easy to move around on the screen of my machine and the information is also very helpful. Keep up the great work as I know it is not easy all of the time. Best of luck with every-thing.

the site is a happy friendly place and easy to use but as with a lot of other "survey peeps" it seems that we (may) get ripped off with the prizes. To get the right numbers for $50 is almost impossible and we do have to take the time to do these surveys!! I`m happy to do them but I feel I don`t get enough chances either:) so, come on Assistant to the Chief!! send out more surveys!! :=)

I haven't been a member of Live Tribe for very long but I find it quite enjoyable, the website itself has a friendly feel about it and i can find my way quite easily. I haven't really competed in many of the competitions but I have read about them and will most probably become fully active in them. I particularly look forward to the surveys as I enjoy giving my opinion and the questions asked are easy to answer. I know that I will continue to be a member of Live Tribe and will always look forward to the completing the surveys.

I think it has been very enjoyable doing the surveys, a chance to give an opinion without to much fuss. I would like to know if there is an easier way to get back to the nenbers page after doing the short polls

Hi, I like the site, I think more serveys, bigger bonus points, and i noticed that there has been no $50,000 winner for a while, and it seems to take for ever to build up points. I do enjoy the website
