as a small-micro-business owner,employing 5 people,we are happy with the technology we have,most of this is government compliance,I cannot see the point of having all the tech,which is condensed into letters I dont understand,if the customer is happy,all is good
Yes the do and will need to be digitally transformed!
Yes! Small Business needs to move t the digital world. For those who have not the skills, want or knowledge to get online, there is the VA platforms to do that part of the task. In the main, the staff are working from home, may have a young family and are generating a very successful income while removing the burden from small business owners
