Apple cider is a digestive and a stimulator so it improves immunity and having one to two tablespoons is enough to improve digestion which will help decrease bloat and weight.

I think it is unlikely. The best way to achieve weight loss is to eat nutritious food, limit treats and eat them in moderation, and get exercise. As others have said.

I think the most important thing is to keep track of what you eat every day and make sure you keep within your calorie limit and have enough nutrients in your food to be healthy. It's also important to exercise every day if you can to try and burn up extra calories.

Your diet best determines whether or not you will lose weight. Currently on intermittent fasting and not losing weight due to poor diet but was losing weight when I was on a keto diet.

I highly doubt it. Not even dieting seems to help much as your body supposedly goes into starvation mode and fights off the possibility of weight loss. I have only ever lost weight by exercising intensely.

I haven't tried it myself, so I couldn't say both ways. Although I don't believe simply vinegar can solve so many problems, I would like to it a try and see what fuzz is about.

No real scientific facts....just the usual mistruths that are peddled on Social media. I can't believe people even bother with such rubbish. I use it almost every day in my salad dressings and I can tell you it is rubbish. The PROVEN way to lose weight is to have discipline, stop eating crap and overeating, do plenty of exercise and have some common sense. There is one fact about vinegar in general and it is because it has acetic acid in it and there is a good bacteria in your stomach that likes it. That's it.

Apple cider vinegar isn't likely to be effective for weight loss. Proponents of apple cider vinegar claim that it has numerous health benefits and that drinking a small amount or taking a supplement before meals helps curb appetite and burn fat.

No it is absolutely rubbish, the only way you can lose weight is to eat food that has less calories, more fruit and veggies. Gummies are just another gimmick and the people who make these claims have absolutely no data or proof that it helps to lose weight, unless of course that is all your are eating lol.

Apple cider vinegar is bad for your health, it is especially bad for your liver. Just eat apples as nature intended. Anthony Williams the medical medium has some good information about apple cider vinegar and other vinegars, he recommends you avoid them.
